This past year I used Lou and his team to complete renovations in my home to prepare it for sale. The whole process from start to finish was nothing short of amazing. The communication and deadlines were all met. The finished product more than I could even imagine. It was to the point that my wife and I had doubts about selling our home at that point. We contacted Lou to provide a proposal for our kitchen remodel, and he responded very quickly (on a Sunday!) to set up a time to meet. Lou was on time, and respectful of our home - making sure to wear shoe covers and asking for permission before looking at different areas of the house. He provided thorough explanations, offered suggestions, and answered all of our questions. We received the proposal according to the timeline he promised, and Lou checked in consistently to see if we had any questions as we reviewed his proposal and a few others.

While we've decided to go with another contractor for the kitchen remodel, it was not an easy choice. Both proposals were pretty much identical in terms of project details and price, and our experiences with both contractors were equally great. The decision came down to a few recommendations for the other contractor from neighbors and also family.

We have been through major home improvement renovations and projects in our previous home and have lots of experience with contractors. Lou has been added to our very short list of contractors that we feel comfortable recommending to others. Although I didn't use Lou I wanted to leave a comment. I am going through the pains of a first time home owner and Lou called me back (big win!), attentive to my needs and was able to provide a budget / estimate with just photos.
