Our Process
Step 1: Fill Out Our Form
Fill out our contact form and our office manager will contact you to gather more information as well as pictures and a video of your project. This way we will be fully prepared for your phone consultation.
Step 2: Phone Consultation
We’ll schedule a one-on-one phone call to talk about your project and give you a better understanding of how we will best assist you. During this phone call, we will talk in-depth about your vision for your project as well as estimated pricing and timelines. We’ll then schedule an in-house consultation.
Step 3: On-Site Consultation
Prior to signing a contract, we will visit your home to discuss your vision for your project in-person. For projects such as kitchen remodels, bathroom remodels, custom built-ins, and full-house remodels, a planning and design phase will begin. Our design fee starts at $2,500. If you choose to move forward with us, the cost of the planning and design will be included in the overall cost of the project.
Step 4: Sign the Contract
Once all details are finalized and everyone has a full understanding of the plan and budget, we’ll sign the contract and get started on the transformation of your space.
Step 5: Pre-Job Walkthrough
We will do this walkthrough about 1 week before kicking off your project. This allows us to introduce you to your Project Manager, confirm all final logistical details, and set appropriate expectations for the entirety of the project.
Step 6: Protect Your Home
When we arrive at your home to kickoff your project, we’ll set up protective measures to ensure the job site, and the rest of your home, are safe and secure before we swing a hammer.
Step 7: Making Your Dream into a Reality
Time to get to work!. We’ll do everything we can to make sure you’re comfortable and up-to-date on each step as the remodeling phase unfolds.
Step 8: Post-Job Walkthrough
This is our favorite step! We’ll present to you the completed project and make sure everything looks exactly as you’ve envisioned. When we’ve left you with your dream space, invite all your friends and loved ones to celebrate your improved home!
Step 9: Our Warranty
We offer a 5-year labor warranty on all of our installations as well as manufacturer warranties, where applicable. If there happens to be an issue down the line that is within our control and listed on our warranty card, we will be there to make it right – free of charge.
Step 10: Follow Up Process
We want to make sure that your vision has become a reality. We’ll check in with you 1 week, 1 month, and 1 year after our final walkthrough to ensure that you’re still loving your new space!
Our Success Stories
While we've decided to go with another contractor for the kitchen remodel, it was not an easy choice. Both proposals were pretty much identical in terms of project details and price, and our experiences with both contractors were equally great. The decision came down to a few recommendations for the other contractor from neighbors and also family.
