How Do I Enter?
A professionally remodeled bathroom is no small giveaway, so bet your ass that there are a few stipulations to enter!

- Get on our schedule prior to October 2024 for any kitchen, basement, bathroom, or custom carpentry project.
- Mention that you want to be entered into our Bathroom Giveaway.
Anything Else?
Yup. This is transferrable! Get it done in your house. Give it to your grandma. Pass it along to that family that is always doing everything for other people, but nothing for themselves. As long as they live within 30 minutes of Springfield PA 19064, it doesn’t matter.

- Qualifying project must have a start date scheduled on or prior to Monday September 30, 2024
- Qualifying project must be 100% paid in full prior to the Bathroom Giveaway drawing.
- Minimum qualifying project cost to enter is $5,000.
- (1) chance received for every $5,000 spent on your qualifying project.
- Custom Carpentry Projects are defined as built-ins, millwork for entryways, millwork or tile work for fireplaces, crown molding, accent walls, and coffered ceilings.
- All (5) conditions to enter must be met.
- All permits, materials, and labor included.
- Must be an existing bathroom to remodel. No new builds. No footprint changes. No layout changes.
- Builder-grade finish package included.
- No shower pans, only tubs.
- No shower glass.
- Bathrooms 60sqft or less.
- $25,000 credit may be applied to any larger bathroom remodel that is outside the scope of this offer.
- The Bathroom Giveaway remodel must take place between Thanksgiving and Christmas, no exceptions.
- Credit may not be applied towards any projects other than a bathroom remodel.
